Stuart Willicombe on Perception

Everyone of us in the group have used positive perceptions to make our work environment comfortable and enjoyable. We use all the factors of perceptions to have good attitudes, reachable expectations, and solid work ethics. These perceptions keep us on track to complete a well made multi-media project. In addition, our decision making is unanimus. We never go through with something if one of our team members feels left out or does not feel comfortable with the decision. What's really been a positive experience is how quickly we volunteer to do certain parts of the project. This means no one is being forced to work on something they don't want to. Consequently, our team continues to push forward to complete this project in the most positive and efficient way possible.
