My most dominant basic personality trait is conscientiousness. This has a positive impact on my group because I am very responsible and achievement oriented. This will allow my team-mates to rely on me to complete the necessary actions on time. My preferred conflict-handling style is compromising. This has an impact on my group because I am able to give up something in order to avoid problems. This is a positive trait because my group will be able to overcome conflicts to produce the best results. I scored above average on how well do I respond to turbulent change. This has positively affected my team because I adapt well to a changing environment. Lastly, I am highly engaged. I take school seriously and am able to commit to my team until the multi-media project is complete.
