Mike Oszuscik's Traits

As far as my basic personality, my most dominant trait is conscientiousness. Basically this means I'm a responsible and dependable person, so I can be counted on to get things done. I don't like to forget about things or to leave people hanging, so my group won't have to worry about trusting me to do things. My Jungian personality is INFP, which among other things means I'm creative, so hopefully that'll come in handy when we put together our final video. The instrumental values that I value the most are truthfulness and honesty, so my group can rest assured that they won't catch me lying to them about anything through the course of this project. Finally, going back to basic personality, I scored high in emotional stability, meaning I'm good at staying calm about things, so if a problem ever arises with our project I know I'll be able to help handle it.
