Factors that make up perception include attitudes, motives, interests, and expectations. All of those factors have been positive within our group. Everyone has good attitudes. We all seem to like eachother and we all work well together. Our motives and interests are pretty similar in that we all want to be able to complete this project successfully and feel good about our final video. We all keep realistic expectations of what can be done with the project, therefore we're able to work efficiently.
The group's decision-making process has been positive as well. When it comes to certain decisions to be made, I don't think we always completely agree with eachother right off the bat, but if we don't it never becomes a problem because as a group we always talk out different possibilities and once everyone hears what eachother has to say we can usually reach an agreement. Everyone's always rational and keeps an open mind.
